WHAT DOES MIND YOUR BUSINESS DO?

Mind Your Business provides group and individual wellbeing coaching for lawyers. Attorneys can earn CLE credit while learning the skills of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga as tools to overcome occupational stress, develop increased self-awareness, and achieve a sense of balance between professional and personal life in this evermore demanding day and age. 

Multiple scientific studies have been conducted that demonstrate the positive impact meditation, mindfulness, and yoga can have on the brain and body, including increased brain activity and gray matter, better focus and attention, reduced anxiety and depression, improved sense of wellbeing, and healthier heart rate variability. We will educate you on these studies and challenge you to cultivate the skills yourself.

 
 

Workshops are custom-tailored for your firm, group, or organization. They can be hosted at your place of business or at a local meditation, retreat, or conference space. Workshops are designed to be an immersive experience so that participants come out understanding how to put the practices into practice in their daily lives and law practice.

All workshops are hosted by the founder and wellbeing coach, Joanna McCracken, who is herself an attorney, law firm owner, meditation, mindfulness and yoga teacher. Joanna works with other wellbeing educators and may bring in carefully selected co-hosts. Many of our programs have been approved for Continuing Legal Education. We will tailor our programming to your needs and seek CLE approval for you.
